..ili ako imaš gadnu genetiku - eto, vec imamo 3 mogucnosti Dobro znam, sufit/deficit....al nađeš si neku kalorijsku sredinu, ubaciš malo kardia, treniraš ko lud.....sporije, lošije ali ne nemoguce, ja ne volim tu rijec, previše ogranicava E sad, ovisi i o kakvoj mišicnoj masi pricamo...sigurno je tu ženama puno lakše spojit ova 2 procesa..
