eto to je moj napredak na masi,koliko smo uspjeli napraviti napravili smo, moglo je puno bolje,bili su teski uvjeti,hvala puno mom treneru iluvataru koji je stalno bio uz mene, kad smo vodili borbu protiv uzasne prehrane tamo i uskladjenja treninga te nabavke suplemenata potrebnih za trening i za takve uvjete tamo da to isapdne sto bolje, hvala i vama svima zao mi je sto se nisam mogao javljati cesce,nisam znao da ce to tako gadno biti tamo..ali eto nestajem nastavljam dalje s masom pa onda na defku ;..hvala adminima i moderatorima i svim natjecateljima sto su sudjelovali..hvala i pozdrav do iduceg javljanja...

E sad... kao što je bobox rekao.. neocekivanih problema bilo je stvarno puno! Taman nakon prvog tjedna krenuo je na policijsku akademiju ( s cim smo racunali) ali nismo znali da nece moci uopce u teretanu od gužve ( a trebao je), borili smo se sa svime, puno aktivnosti, nedostatak novaca (takva su vremena) malo hrane.. užasnim uvjetima za dobivanje na masi ali eto.. ponešto smo i uspjeli

p.s bobox.. sad vidim da na obije slike imaš podignutu lijevu lopaticu.. na prvoj sam mislio da je do pozinga.. jel ti to uvjek tako?

Neznam, iskreno mislim da
mi malo lijeva je visa, samo na ovoj slici bas ispalo kao da
je velika razlika...

tako je Dalila malo vise vjezbi jacanja sa lijevom stranom i malo vise istezanja sa desnom stranom

hvala svima na lijepim rijecima, i pohvalama, mislim da je moglo puno bolje,ali necemo stati idemo dalje..a sto se tice ovoga s lopaticom,volio bih to provjeriti sto je to..hvala puno
