vec tjedan dana decko i ja jedemo po Montignacovom principu s tim da ne jedemo meso (vegetarijanci smo) i mogu rec da je on skinuo kilu a ja naravno stojim...al ne odustajem ovaj put od ove prehrane.
prijateljica je po njegovom principu skinula š8 kg u 4 mj |
