Ma jela sam ja dovoljno...fakat..doruckovala zobene..medju obrok sam imala salatu s posnim, rucak pileciji file s rostilja...vecera posni s salatom..i bruka vode..voznja bicikla 45min...Ali ..fakat mi secer opo bio...ali nece se ponoviti..i da vec prvi rezultati su vidljivi..nije suplja...

ne znam, al istina je što ti dalila kaže, ak ne jedeš dovoljno, onda jednostavno ne možeš odolit i navecer sagriješiš sa junkom....

tak da, jedi dovoljno mesa, jaja, povrca, posnog.. itd, pazi na UH i to je to... ovo mi se nekak malo cini

još pogotovo ak ti na poslu ludnica pa trošiš još više kcal
