Ja sam mario iz Zagreba sam , treniram vaterpolo i imam jedo pitanje za vas.
Koje energetske napitke da koristim i zasto
Kako napraviti svoj energetski napitak?
Pola mojih drugova prije treninga uzme ono promotivno pakovanje secera i umjesa sa vodom sta se time postize
I kako napraviti svoj energetski napitak

 Moja preporuka iz vlastitog iskustva je od powerbara energize izotonicni napitak...mozes piti prije i za vrijeme treninga za energiju,druga vrlo bitna stvar je sto sadrzi elektrolite kalij i natrij odnosno minerale koji se gube znojenjem a vrlo ih je tesko nadoknaditi...znaci kombinacija kompleksnih ugljikohidrata i kalija i natrija,meni osobno odlican proizvod te vrste
