 Ima vec objašnjenja na slicno pitanje, ali malo sam preforumulirao..
Cilj mi je, mršaviti, definirati se, kroz dan jedem normalno, a navecer gotovo ništa, možda neku rajcicu i tako, a glad me ubija toliko da ne mogu satima zaspati...
Ima li neke "improvizacije", nešto što dobro zasiti a nema puno kalorija? šta vi jedete?

Samo mi je važno da normalno nahranim mišice a da se ne udebljam, tj. da se definiram a gubim salo...Jel onda to u redu?
