Da li je ovaj program kvalitetan za pocetnike i za razvoj mišicne mase i da li je moguce dobiti bolji rezultat nego što je kod autora programa ( šškg za 2 godine ) ili bi u ovaj program trebalo dodati još osnovnih vježbi kao što su zgibovi , propadanja ( dipsevi) , military press ? ( ako da koje vježbe da izbacim i u kojim danima da dodam ove osnovne vježbe ? )

meni osobno nista posebno, program ka program ali topla voda je vec izmisljena,tako da... meni osobno ovaj program na ovaj nacin nebi odgovara
