Kao globalne zrtve kapitalizma imamo veliki sirok spektar
stvari (u ovom slucaju suplemenata). I ja se nalazim u
dilemi koji su uopste potrebni.

sta mislite o whey-u, creatinu, bcaa, zma... Da li su
korisni i uopste potrebni?

Potrebni su samo zbog prakticnosti i cijene. I pod to smatram samo whey,dex, omegu 3 i vitamin C.

dijelim tvoje mišljenje.

da me netko sponzorira nepotrebnim suplementima dakako da bi ih koristio, bar bi ih probao sve ako ništa drugo. s druge strane, pravi suplementi se uzimaju na iglu

pa ako cemo vec, postoje i vitamini koji se uzimaju na iglu samo to mislin ide u zilu, a thorn je mislija na steroide

inace potpisujen za potrebne dodadke,jer iste i samo te i ja koristin znaci whey,omega vit c, minerali i ostali vitamini po potrebi

 a davore ako ces tako mozes ti i vitamine uzimat iz hrane isto tako i omegu. samo ovako je puno jednostavnije i lakse,to sta ces uzet piletinu iza treninga ili jaja ne znaci da je whey nepotreban, ja ga bas smatran potrebnin,jer na brz i jednostavan nacin unesen nesto sta bi na malo kompliciraniji,jel

Ma jednostavnost svakako stoji.. Ali recimo ako se ne uzima ni DWM ni PWM, onda je whey jedino potreban za uz zobene.. a i tu se moze naci zamjena, tako da smatram da se moze tih 50g dnevno i iz drugog izvora uzeti..
