Imaju sve sto je potrebno- od vitamina C, puno vode,do svih vrsta minerala... |

Leleee alaj mrzim kolebanje oko stvari...citam na jednom sajtu, kao tamo se prica o nekim porcijama voca...dvije porcije dnevno se preporucuju na kolicini "po šalicu"....tj. npr. oko 250 g grožđa, š jabuka...ofc. to sve u vremenskom razmaku...i takk...pricaju o šeceru s kojim se ne smije pretjerati...kao, organizam preradi 50 g fruktoznog šecera, a ostalo u zalihe...
Eh još neka mi i voce uzmu da vagam i skacem u...Miljacku :D Edited by SMAJLICA |
