To su gluposti.. inace kad radis shake, stavljas š dcl na š0g proteina.. voda se pije samo kada se pije kreatin..

Da li je bolje piti fruktozu ili grožđani šecer sa proteinima? (poslije treninga) Kad sam kupovao u dm-u preporucili su mi fruktozu...
