tj nzm kako bi se izrazio ali npr, kad prije treninga pojedem bananu-2 imam nekako vic snage za radit. koje joa namirnice mogu tako uzimat?

Imas 'snage' za radit jer si bananom ili slicnom namirnicom unio brze ugljikohidrate.
Mozes takodjer prije treninga pojest nekoliko suhih grozdjica, to ti je isto tako dobro.

Obavezno prije treninga groldice ili grozdani secer.
Naravno da nam ne bi ccer pao u toku treninga i da nam ne bi pozlilo pojesti aaku grozdica svakih pola sata...
