Da li valja ovaj trening?

  Prvo je neko zagrijavanje, nešto iz insanity-a
Imam vježbe rapoređene po 4 grupe, u svakoj grupi 4 vježbe, a svaku grupu ponavljam 3 puta, pa prelazim na novu grupu vježbi..Nemam određeni broj ponavljanja, tj. radim "koliko god mogu".

Evo ovako

š.cucnjevi - swing lunge
2.Sklekovi na medicinki
3.Plank oblique (insanity)
4.Power knees (insanity)

š.Zgibovi
2.Bulgarian split squat
3.360 shoulder presses (insanity)
4.Jacanje vratnih mišica, diznanjem tereta

š.Insane abs (insanity)
2. Vježbe za trapeze - slijeganje ramenima
3. Explosive push ups
4.Trbušnjaci - "dizanje nogu"

š.Pulse bicepscurls (insanity)
2.Flor sprints - udaranje u vrecu
3.Trbušnjaci - klasicni
4.Vježbe za triceps (utezi)
5.Vježbe za biceps (utezi)
6. V Sklekovi (za leđa)

trening sam radio sat i pol, cini mi se prilicno dugo, a neznam da li vrijede ove vježbe i ovaj program..Sve radim doma, bez teretane.

Ajde molim komentare, pa ako imate neku sugestiju, kritiku izvolite, ps možete mi i ddodati još neke homemade vježbe u program..Hvala

  U redu, napravit cemo tako..

A to je sada trening za npr ponedjeljak, srijeda, petak, a šta bih mogao ubaciti u ostale dane?!
