nabavila sam dimljenog lososa, fileti, jedno 7-8 kom, pa sad isprobavamo recepte.
super mi je onako sirov. i na rižot je isto dobar, na bijelo... ima dosta 'jak' okus, za razliku od ribe na koju smo navikli, ali je fin fin  |

Losos-najboja, najzdravija vrsta ribe- ekstremno dobar odnos masnih kiselina... Nazalost, zato i najskuplja...Ne mogu sebi priustit toliko cesto, al kad je kupim, kilo ode za dva dana
