ajde ljudi nabacite neki trening za masu,što ste probali i od cega ima uspjeha...procitao sam ih sto ali je skoro svaki drugaciji... :/

Mislim da je svejedno koji ces trening odabrat, samo da si u kalorijskom suficitu je vazno!!

a kako izvališ ovako nešto?

pa sigurno da nisu svi programi na internetu jednako efektivni

Eto nisam probao, ali german volume training bi trebao biti jako dobar

Nisam ni mislio da se traze neki ekstra programi.. nego klasnicni 4x6, 3x8, 5x5 ili kako god... sve ce to djelovat.. Zar cemo opet dolazit na raspravu da je jedan trening s utezima za defku, a drugi za masu?
