Ravnanje stomaka

dakle kako ozravnati stomak?

Pri tome ne mislim kako izgubiti salo, vec da stomak iz profila nije (ili da je minimalno) konveksan?
Da se bacim opasnije u trbušnjake, ili oni tu ne pomažu? Ako pomažu, ima li kakva posebna tehnika? dok radim trbušnjake, mišici su mi isto malo van izbaceni, isto stomak nije ravan, dakle nije do opuštanja.

Pokušaj bolje žvakati hranu, moguce da jedeš brzo i ne sažvaceš dovoljno hranu pa te to napiri Wink

Nece ti trbušnjaci pomoci.. i kod mene je to slucaj pomalo, ovo bi trebalo pomoci, iako nisam probao

Aauu, to je to! znam da nakon jednoga dana efekt ne može biti trajan, ali nakon što sam jucer se malo-malo time bavio i zaradio blagu upalu mišica, gledam sad ujutro nakon što sam se probudio, a ono ravno kao daska.

Nisam još naletio niti na jednu vježbu koja trenutacno daje rezultate, pa sam stvarno iznenađen. cak i kada legnem postrance i opustim stomak ocigledno je. Kratkotrajna memorija mišica? E još da ju prebacim u dugotrajnu i to je to :)

Nemoj raditi samo dinamicke vjezbe za trbusne , barem pola vjezbi koje radis za trbusne misice trebaju biti stabilizacijske

Vjerovatno misli na razlicite izdržaje u plank položajima i slicno, što je ok, i treba raditi.. ali ne vjerujem da daje rezultate kakve ti želiš

onda sam ja izuzetak, na meni je nepredak vidlji uživo, odmah.
