Ali ne trenira u tom je caka, spori metabolizam je frka...Nakon teskog treninga utovar je naravno bitan, ali ako ne treniras a tovaris znamo kako to zavrsava...

Zelim vjezbe home made, molim vas da mi pomognete ko moze i ima vremena!! Trenutno sam zaokupljena ispitima i vozarenjem koje me iscrpi...Ishrana mi nije problem, al' trening jeste! Zato mi treba neki program vjezbi za ujutro i uvecer po malo....Ako je moguce!!!

Draga, papam to...Cikla pomaze, istina...Kruh razeni jedino jedem ujutro, jednu fetu...sa posnim i vocem...jer ne vjezbam pa se plasim...
