Kako zadrzati motivaciju

  Meni su motivacija dobro društvo i cure u teretani kojih na žalost baš u zadnje vrijeme i nema puno... Uvijek se nađe još koja dodatna motivacija kao npr. debeli prijatelji (ovo je zlocesto)...

Na pocetku nisam imao neke motivacije, ali sam imao volju, sada nakon godine i pol svakodnevnog treniranja moram imati motiva jer mi nekada i nije do treniranja pogotovo nakon svakakvih komentara  bližnjih i njihovih prodika.  Ouch I oni su mi motivacija!

Ja inace uvijek što radim dovršim, nikada ne odustajem -tako je i sa teretanom.

Meni motivaciju predstavlja na kraju teretane set utega po 25 kg..  jedno 300 kg koluta.. kad ih podignem sve sa sipkom, bit cu na miru :DD
