tako je.. ja nisam mogao previse radi koljena, ali dobra je vjezba.. i za eksplozivnost..

A cuj, za eksplozivnost u teretani je najbolje raditi cucanj i olimpijska dizanja sa 3 ponavljanja cca i manje

a ja inace tesko cucanj.. lijevi prednji krizni ligament mi cijeli puknut na koljenu, desni napuknut.. tako da..

a na lijevom koljenu, gdje mi je bas puknut, su mi rekli da cu biti jedno 5,6 mj off od sporta, a na desnom da je i polovica dosta da drzi koljeno.. ali ja sam sa 7 god slomio bedrenu kost na lijevoj nozi, i u bolnici su mi sjebali nogu.. zarotirali na unutra i kosti spajali.. i quadriceps mi je totalno atrofirao.. ali polako jacam noge..
cucanj mogu recimo duboki sa 70kg jedno 8 puta.. ekstenziju mogu sa 40kg 8 puta.. i tako.. sporo mi jacaju noge..
