Imam 14 godina i zainteresiran sam za kettlebell.Treniram košarku i u osrednjoj sam kondiciji.Koju težinu kettlebella preporucate:8kg ili 16 kg? Hvala

Za pocetak ti je dovoljan jedan kbell od 12kg, a kasnije 16kg. Obavezno si nadji nekoga tko ti može pokazati tehniku izvodjenja vježbi. U kojem gradu živiš?...da ti preporucim nekoga za koga mislim da je prikladan.
