Najbitnije je da pijes poslije treninga, a ako imas dobru prehrau onda nema potrebe da pijes u neko drugo vrijeme

Mislim da se bolje apsorbira s vodom.Imam jedno pitanje jel mi možete preporucit neke proteine do 150 kn a da mi traju mjesec dana trenutno koristim weider whey gold ali su mi malo skupi a samo 16 porcija dobijem iz 500g

MatijaV, ne nasjedaj na razne šarene kutijice sadomazo naziva, koja nemaju apsolutno nikakvog ucinka. Mega mast je sranje, nebi to pio ni da ga dobijem džabe.

Od dodataka koristi samo whey i kreatin. Ako ceš imati koju kunu viška multivitamin, vit. C, omega 3 i to je to.

A šta bi mi ti onda preporucio od pripravaka?
