Isto ces smrsaviti uzimao l-carnitin ili ne.. he he... treba prehranu sredit i ubacit trening..

Slažem se, iako ne znam koliko djeluje taj L-karnitin, ali recimo da ga koristiš prilikom intenzivnog vježbanja u mjesec dana možda bi skinuo nekih 150-300g sala više, ako je za vjerovati šta se prica za taj preparat Smile

Može se i previše smršavit ako nekontrolirano uzimaš taj Lcarnitin :)

Ja sam pio L-karnitin u tabletama s time da nisam pazio na prehranu,ne bih ulazio da li ti on sam topi mast,ali što je je da sam imao energije kao zmaj,trenirao sam 3 puta od kojih je to svaki trening bio od sat i pol. PS: za 2 mjeseca sam izgubio 16 kila :)

16 kg u 2 mjeseca je sve samo ne dobro.......eventualno ako si imao 50-ak kg više onda OK.
L-karnitin definitivno nije razlog tog gubitka, a i ne vidim smisao bacanja novaca na preparate kad prehrana nije posložena pošto je ona uz trening jedina bitna...

znaci, krenula sam u pon sa insanitiy-em, imala sam odmah mjerenje, gdje se ispostavilo da mi je "body fat" 2much (31,5)........Hoce li mi L-karnitin pomoci u smanjivanju istoga ili da se ostavim raznim (reklamnih) preparata i samo udaram po treningu??? Hvala

koristio sam l karnitin i nije mi djelovao,njega treba uzimati u vecim kolicinama sa nekim fat burnerom,i to prvo sredit prehranu i aktivnost,kad pogledas bolje je ne kupovat onda,jer ces iste rezultate dobit sredjenom prehranom i aktivnoscu

(ili mozes uzeti one cokoladice s tv-a s kojima ces smrsaviti 45kg u samo tjedan dana ) sala mala
