Pozdrav forumaši ! ;)
Treniran vec dugo no od sebe nisam rastezljiv :) Svi mi govore da cu kasnije imat problema ? Želio bih to promjeniti ... Npr dok se na treningu istežemo ja ležim i pricam zapravo radim improvizirano i želim to promjeniti ... Ako neko ima prijedlog kako zapoceti s programom istezanja a da neozljedim previše neki dio bio bih mu jako zahavalan jer sam krut ko k.... da to nemožeten i zamislit ... Hvala ! |
