Evo ovako,imam 17 godina,180cm i 57kg. E sad citao sam o kalorijama itd,i vidim da se svaki tijedan uspjevam udebljati oko 0.4kg. Posto nikad nisam ozbiljnije vjezbao i nemam pristup teretani molio bih nekog iskusnijeg da mi predloži nekakav tjedni program vježbanja. Doma imam veliku i male šipke i imam razne utege za dodavati od 0.5kg,5kg...imam i onu spravu za zgibove. Pa ako mi neko predloži nekakav plan i program treninga bio bih jako zahvalan :D
