Zanima me sto mislite o lchf nacinu prehrane,posto on zastupa nizak unos uh a povecan proteina i masti...htjela bih isprobat al koriste se maslac,cvarci(domaci) i sl pa me zanima koliko je to dobro...ima li tko iskustva s ovakvim nacinom prehrane?
