se smije alkohol u umjerenim kolicinama znaci sub. navecer  pitit dok se pije whey protein i glutamin ?

naaravno da smijes,whey je samo hrana....samo pitanje je koliko ce ti alkohol opcenito utjecati na rezultate

Nece ti naškoditi , ali jedini problem bi ti mogla bit izmorenost u subotu ili ned, kad budeš morao odradjivati treninge

probao sam sve i preporuka je da ako piješ sljedeci dan odmoriš ili odradiš neki kardio za neki detox jer alkohol isušuje tkivo pa ono, treba se prvo rehidrirat pa onda dan poslije udarit po treningu i ako se vec mora bit nek bude umjereno :)

6. mjesec prošle godine rekordne temerature + 30 i nešto, dolazim u subotu ujutro u 6 doma, dižem se u 10 ujutro i u teretanu.. Izdržo sam jedno pol sata i vani se skoro srušio,a alkohol isparava još uvijek.. I mislim da je to bio zadnji put kad sam bio u teretani :)

Ja alkohol vec skoro 4 god, ne konzumiram... eventualno na nekim bas posebnim dogadajima, al to je mozda par puta godisnje... a u teretanu nikad nisam isao ako sam dan prije do kasnih sati cugao
