Imam pitanje u vezi treninga..radim ovakav trening:
Cucanj Ravni benc Veslanje u pretklonu sa šipkom Rameni potisak iza glave Biceps pregib sa ez šipkom Francuski potisak Trbušnjaci Radim sve po 4 serije..jedan dan trcanje jedan taj trening visok sam 184 i imam 90kg..dali je to ok? ![]() |

Gle, da i ne. Moraš malo detaljizirati kako izvodiš setove. Da li radiš superserije, kolika su ponavljanja, koliko tjedno treniraš, tempo trcanja/km/vrijeme i sl. |

treniram s utezima pon sri pet i radim normlne serije 8-12 ponavljanja do otkaza sve..trcat sam tek poceo ne trcim bas puno nekih 5,6km ali svaki put pokusavam sto vise otrcat i trcim 50m sporo 100 brzo i tako jedan krug onda sljedeci cijeli sporo pa onda opet 50 sporo 100 brzo
