ok, evo pošto je danas ponedjeljak napraviti cu si plan za cijeli tjedan pa ceš tako moci vidjeti da li je sve u redu... i hvala na pomoci... :)

Dorucak: posni sir 150g+banana+mlijeko (stavim jako malo samo tek toliko da mogu mix-ati bananu i posni)

Medjuobrok: maline 100g

Rucak: 2jaja+tikvice 80g+paprika80g+luk+maslinovo+crni kruh 50g

Medjuobrok: posni 100g

Vecera: posni 80g+puretina 100g+zelena salata 50g+ jedno jaje+crni kruh 50g +banana
