Evo ovako iman 20god, 175 cm i 72-73 kg i oko 13.5% masti u tijelu a cilj mi je spustit to na 9-10% sa tezinom nikad nisam ima problem jer treniram nogomet 12 god. Hranim se zdravo al neman poseban plan prehrane kad tocno jesti, sta i koliko i vjerojatno radi toga nikako ne mogu doci do 10% masnog tkiva u tijelu. i sad bi meni tribala pomoc tj netko ko bi mi moga amo rec napravit neki mali plan prehrane kad tocno ,koliko i sta jesti da skinem tih 2-3% masti

ovako, tebi bi odgovarao zik zak princip dijete po kojem unosis veci broj ugljikohidrata u dane treninga, a u dane odmora ili laganijeg treninga prvenstveno masti kao izvor energije uz naravno viskoproteinsku prehranu, minimalno 2g/kg..uhvati se fullbody treninga s puno slozenih vjezbi te ponesto izolacijskih vjezbi i ostavi se pizzerija, pekara, mamine kuhinje, lizanja slaga i nutell s curinih sisa i sl., zivio
