10 min trcanje oko kvarta preskakivanje uzeta vjezbanje uz aerobni video 15 min srednjom jacinom penjanje stepenica lagano plivanje rolanje utaranje tenis loptica 20 min brzo hodanje ubacivanje lopte u kos plesanje 25 min jahanje lagana voznja biciklom oko kvarta usisavanje ping pong ciscenje podova u kuhinji i kupaonici 30 min bacanje frizbija vjezba sa laganim utezima pranje auta pometanje podova 35 min peglanje shooping igranje lopte sa djecom. |
