Dobre ideje, ali ipak sad koristim i dalje maslinovo ulje, ali u granicama
Jutros sam se vagao, imam 104 kg i zadovoljan sam kako napredujem. Treninzi mi vise nisu pusti aerobni, nego radim i anaerobne, svaki put drugu skupinu, a kad zavrsim s anaerobnim dijelom treninga, obicno se prebacim jos 40min voznje bicikle ili slicno. Sve u svemu ja sam zadovoljan, mada ubuduce cu rezultate vise pisati u temi koju sam otvorio u "Transformiraj se" |
