ovak - trenutno sam malo presušila i nemam za whey.. šta da jedem poslije treninga kao pwm... sad zanjih par dana jedem po cca 3 bjelanjka.. jel to ok?

Je ali tesko da ce jaja imat slican ucinak kao whey...

Umjesto kile pecenja, teg od pet kila; umjesto sjedenja po kafanama, znojenje na spravama; umjesto velikog stomaka, plocice; umjesto "sjedi, odmori" - "skini se i zagrij"...

Objasni na koji ucinak misliš? Brzina apsorpcije i iskoristivost? Bjelanjci su po tome najbolje zamjena. |
