Pozdrav, osjecam palac upaljenim, a to je znak povisene mokracne kiseline koja je posljedica povecanog unosa proteina...
Posto svi proteine unose povecano ovdje, kako se vi nosite s ovime? Cuo sam da treba vise pit, a ja pijem oko 4l dnevno, pa ako to nije dovoljno ne znam... |

Ma nisu to neki jaki bolovi, ali meni je uvijek ta mokraćna kiselina bila problem, uvijek bi bilo nešto iznad granice, a sad kad sam bio na toj keto prehrani sam još više jeo proteina nego prije, malo ću to smanjiti ubuduće i trudit se popit kojih 5-6L vode dnevno...
