Ma nije stvar u mjerici to sam ti pokusavao rec, ao ti je cilj unjet recimo 30g proteina onda je to uvijek isto broj kalorija ako koristis ciste proteine. A sad dal je mjerica veca ili manje je nbitno jer ces morat onda uzet 2 mjerice d abi zadovoljio istu potrebu, a ak je veca onda jednu jer 30g proteina je uvijek š20 kalorija cisji god da jesu (ako su cisti proteini, ne gaineir i puni UH)
I slusaj Thorna, ne broji kalorije, ak se nekom kalorijama netrebas opterecivat onda su to kalorije u PWM, tu ces najmanje stete i greske napravit

nikad ( osim onog hydrowhey-a od optimuma navodno) nisu cisti proteini, neki imaju malo više masti, neki manje i slicno ( ovisno o tipu filtracije ali i o proizvođacu), pa stoga variraju i kalorije.. iako je to sasvim nebitno u cjeloj prici

Glukoza ide samo nakon treninga, tokom dana whey piješ tj. jedeš uz kompleksne ugljikohidrate (zobene, tjestenina itd)
