Jesi citao faq-ove o prehrnai uopce?
Ovaj dan ti je poprilicno loš, d ane kažem užasno loš :) proteini u tragovima, svuda kruh, voce, sendvici, od toga se niti jaca, niti raste niti napreduje. Kupiti posnog sira, mesa, povrca, jaja, za dodatke što uleti, ali ti proteini i povrce trebaju biti baza svakog obroka ;)
Treci put u jednom topicu necu iste stvari ponavljati, samo da znaš p.S ako ti se dogodi da ne jedeš prije treninga , whey popij ili prije ili tijekom trneinga, ne poslje |

ma znam jbg nisam sve pribavio jos :P tj sad evo sir je tu ,voca ima kakvog oces i sad imam jos jedno pitanjece ;)
gold whey ili protein 80 plus? ako ima ikakve razlike,cito sam u wheyu u 100g ima 80 proteina a u ovo 83 ugl :) |
