 Pa trebala bi vježbe snage prvo da , dok si svježa i odmorna , moci ceš bolje odradit trening, pod vecim opterecenjem i smanjit mogucnost umora i dekoncentracije da nebi došlo do ozljede.

Ali ti  odpedaliraj 5-š0 min prije da digneš puls i da krv procirkulira, tj zagriješ se

To su namirnice koje bi i onako trebali jesti i biti
zastupljene u dnevnom meniu, zasto izmisljaju stalno
nekakava "zvucna" retardirana imene za dijete, odma mi se

jedino ne vidim tu mjesta kokicama, percima, suncokretovom
ulju.........
