sto se tice U i P,ovako to nekeko izgleda-dorucak-voce ili ponekad š pecivo,medjuobrok-jogurt,rucak-kuhano,medjuobrok-voce,vecera-j ogurt

a tu negdje i je!vagala sa se jos u š2. mjesecu,pa se srecom vaga pokvarila i onda sam se negdje kod frendice vagala i -2 kg manjka!

trbuh-80 cm (6 cm manje u 2 mj!)
ostali visak-nestao!! weeee!!!!
š65/60!
jos minimalno 5  za dalje!

kad bi imala jos samo imala stare fotke...
slikam novi trbuh (mozda i plocice hehehe) za 2 mjeseca!
danas sam se pocastila slatkacem,a sutra trening x2!!

a neznam sada,to sam uzela taj broj tek toliko radi motivacije,ali idem dok nebude dobro oblikovano kako hammerstrength kaže!

što se mene osobno tice, ovo je i više nego dobro ali ta preporuka je više zbog tvojih ciljeva kojih ocito ima.

I po meni je odnos težine i visine optimalan. Kako je vec gore navedeno, slobodno se poigraš oblikovanjem i ucvršcivanjem.
