Vezano uz hiit
jedini pisu ovo jedni ono,pa imam par pitanja ako neko zna, ajmo rec da se radi o trcanju omjer je 1:3 Dakle,sprintamo 30 sec pa lagani hod 1.5 min ? i tako 4 seta(ili kolko si odredimo)? hvala lp |

Kako god odgovara tvom rezimu i tvojoj fizickoj spremi.. =)
Omjer shodno tome u kakvoj si formi, ako si u oke mozes i 1:2. I deset minuta, s ovim tempom je po meni poprilicno slabasno.
To su cetiri sprinta po 30sekundi samo. Ja bih to produzio na 15-20min. u totalu. |
