ma to je bilo dosta davno, 2002. mislim... cijeli dan cugaš i ne pratiš vijesti na kojima je receno da voda nije za pice, a ujutro je dobra za mamurluk. + znaš kako je u rojcu

š dan junka, cak ne jednom u 3 tjedna , nego jednom
tjedno te nebu unazadio ako je to jedan dan, cak što
više može ti koristiti u napretku ako se poslje ponašaš
kako treba

Sam da ti velim da bijela i smeđa riža imaju skoro isti GI, tak da je svejedno koju bude jeo   A tjestenina je isto ok (ak se tjestenina poslije kuhanja prelije hladnom vodom, spusti se i GI za par jedinica) tak da i to dolazi u obzir ak ce se jest kao P+UH obrok.

Ja volim velik broj vjezbi po treningu.. ja recimo odradim bench do šRM, i onda nastavim radit serije po 8 sa manjom tezinom..
