ja mislim da bi pukla da jutros nisam stala na vagu
4 sedmice dijete (ako se ovo uopste moze nazvati dijetom,gladna nisam nikako),š07 kila jutros,i to je ukupno - 5 kila i stala sam jutros u jedne hlace koje sam kupila bez da ih probam i bile su mi uske da ih nisam mogla zakopcati. stare farmerice skinem sa sebe i bez da ih otkopcavam i te su trenutno za smece |

da mi je samo da se ova oluja malo smiri,onda ja i djecicu toplo obucem pa idemo negdje na hodanje.

pa ja sam vec prije svima rekla da su neki ljudi imali raznih problema sa orbitrekom i da ga ja osobno ne preporucam.... Niky....
Pogotovo ne ljudima koji nemaju nikakvu kontrolu ad svojim tijelom, pa onima koji imaju problema sa kralježnicom...pogotovo lumbalnim dijelom..i zdjelicom.... Ne mora znaciti da je pravilo...to su samo moja iskustva...nisam citala neke studije o tome ili slicno...;) |

da, mogu si i to zmisliti cak.. ali ako se pripazi na kontroli tijela i pravilno držanje... meni se cini da je jedna od bezopasnijih sprava |

da, bila je neki dan na tv-u neka kratka reportaža o tome...baš za zdjelicu vezano, al sam sve nešto zbrda zdola cula :) uglavnom da nije dobro stalno trilat po tome....treba kombinirat svaka cast ladyEdited by Gym_girl |
