ja govorim o cistom crvenom mesu, ne onom punom loja :P što se masti u crvenom mesu tice, one su cca 50/50 zasicene, nezasicene! mali dio ide na višestruko zasicene! p.s ako je govedina recimo hranjena travom, odnos je još povoljniji |

Visestruko zasicene masti ne postoje, mislio si reci visestruko nezasicene? To su masne kiseline sa vise duplih veza u strukturi, one su losi substrati za liposintaze, pa stoga ili stabiliziraju ili obaraju trigliceride i holesterol (LDL). Npr. Omega-3, omega-6,omega-9. Ove masti su rijetkeu mesu, to su vecinom tecne masti, npr. biljna ili riblja ulja, zasicene su puno cesce-stearisnka,palmitinska i slicne masti, ove su tzv. "tvrde masti"- tj. onaj dio crvenog mesa o kojem govorimo. Pozdrav... Edited by tare |

Lol, naravno da sam mislio reci višestruko nezasicene, moje isprike
što se tice omjera u mesu, pri tome ostajem, kažem, višestruko nezasicene zauzimaju krajnje mali dio ali su obicno "tu" |
