Ma možeš ga i s mlijekom...ili neku vockicu pojedi uz njega, a onda si kasnije složi tako nešto - samo bi ja iz prve varijante makla bademe i med, a dodala još koju vockicu možda i malo cimeta, a u drugoj dodala još 3 bjelanjka ili nešto drugo od proteina da ti nadopuni njihov unos.

Vocne jogurt...a cuj...znaš vec Big smile Ništa se nece desit povremeno ako je unutar kcal, pogotovo nakon treninga (evo recimo, smiksaš si to, posni i zobene) ali bi ga ja uglavnom izbjegavala radi nepotrebnih šecera.


Moguce je da dobiješ nešto sitno na kilaži, da - ali neka to te ne brine. Prvenstveno shvati da tu kilažu cini štošta toga - i da ce ono što možda dobiješ pretežno otpasti na vodu i glikogen, radi povecanog unosa UH-a. No, što postupnije ideš, bit ce manje problema s tim. Neka te vaga ne zamara jer zna bit dosta varljiva. Uvijek mislimo da dobijemo par kg ciste masti, što je nemoguce preko noci :) Kad sve sve to stabilizira, vidjet ceš da ce ti biti puno lakše nastaviti dalje sa mršavljenjem.

Hey Gym!
Evo da te obavijestim... Pokusavam se zasada pridrzavati svega navedenog. Ujutro prije treninga mjerica wheya s mlijekom, trening, pa moj mix sa zobenim, posnim sirom, jogurtom, nekom vockom i cimetom. Pa rucak, zelena salata s rajcicom, tikvicama, pecenim na papiru, tunjevina. I vecera posni sir, jogurt i jedna zlicica wheya... To mi dodje kao desert na kraju dana. Otprilike jedem svaka 4 sata i nisam gladna. Ali dosta sam napirena. Ne znam hoce li to proci s vremenom... :/
Eto, dobro se osjecam, na vagu necu stajati, pa cemo vidjeti... :)

Znaci, smijem i navecer tu zlicicu proteina?
Javim rezultate kad prodje mjesec dana. Malo sam pokleknula ovaj vikend jer sam isla van, ali od danas ispocetka. I sad mi zao, ali na greskama se uci. Dok ne dodjem do cilja, nema vise iznimki...

Eto, hvala na podrsci... puno puno puno

I samo opušteno, nemoj si davat neke ultimatume (tipa - krecem sad il nikad, ne smijem više nikad zezut inace sve propada, nesposobna sam itd.) jer nekad to zna bit ono što nas blokira i natjera da zabrljamo na kraju. Samo polako, naviku po naviku, trening po trening, dan po dan....bit ce greškica, bit ce "posrtanja" ali...to je život kako Scarpetta kaže, digni se i nastavi dalje Wink
