 Imao sam upaljeno grlo i uzimam Amoksicilin 500mg i sad mi je bolje.. mislim pocet trening u ponedjeljak ostale su mi tablete da ih popijem do utorka a neznam dali da uzmem kreatin u to razdoblje ili ne...

 Neke svoje najbolje treninge sam odradio upravo pod upalama grla (dan, dva nakon najgoreg stadija), dok recimo kod prehlada nema šanse da ikud mrdnem dok mi ne bude potpuno bolje.

  a super, jer baš sam poceo u teretanu ovaj tjedan i išao 2 dana i dobio upalu boli glava i sad želim nastavit..
