nebu ti škodilo sigurno, a prvenstveno da povecaš unos
proteina jer kak sam rekao mislim da ti je bez toga i pw
oborka puno premalo....
Kolko god imas?

I da.....nemoj gledat tv dok radis s utezima :) misli na to
kaj radis, skoncentriraj se na vjezbu i kontrakciju misica
i pokret, a bude i brze odradio, a daleko kvalitetnije i
korisnije
