a tesko je jesti clean.. opcenito je ovo skup sport..gledaj da unosis sto vise kvalitetnih ugljikohidrata (riza, pasta, zobene, integralni kruh) i dovoljno proteina (posni sir, whey, JAJA).. i onda pratis tijelo, ako vidis da se previse mastis, malo smanjis uh.. probavaj..

U 2tjedna sigurno neces skinut salo.. mrsavljenje je dugotrajan proces kao i dobivanje misicne mase.. samo nastavi i to je to..

Da znam,a jel mogu npr bit nisko s ugljikohidratima(jesti ujutro i poslje treninga) i većinu jest proteine i masti? Dali bi tako mogao dobivat na masi i gubit salo? :)
