Short duration, high intensity exercise comes in two major forms: metabolic resistance training and interval training. Today, I want to take a DEEP look into the benefits of each. evo još jedan clanak naš vezan na ovo.......tak da slow kardio na tašte, ma bilo kakav slow cardio je i po mojim principima rangiran zadnji, tak da ne kuzim zasto bi gubili vrijeme na njega
