Ovako cuo sam da mogu da se piju mesto tableta efedrina da je dobar sagorevac masti i da daje energiju tokom treninga. Da li je to istina i da li ima stetnih efekata i kojih???

Ja se s tim nebi igrala... kapi za nos nisu namijenjene oralnom uzimanju...

prema nacinu na koji je postavljeno pitanje pretpostavljam da ne posjeduješ dovoljno znanja o toj materiji, stoga radije odustani od efedrina i drži se nekih osnova  |
