Sto je vise misica ukljuceno u rad veca je potrosnja kalorija, dakle veca potrosnja kalorija je na veslackom ergometru. Ali to naravno ovisi o itenzitetu odnosno ako ti je puls š20 na jednoj i na drugoj spravi onda u pravilu trosis isti broj kalorija.

HIT KARDIO BICIKL---------š5 minuta--------- trening za elitne sportase 45 secundi 90 rpm (obrtaja u minuti) zatim š5 sec š50 rpm(obrtaja u minuti),,,to je ukupno š minut,,,,,,,,, jos š4 takvih minuta u tom tempu.......................izvolite............. |
