kaj se tocno tu podrazumijeva? svaka vježba koja ubrzava otkucaje srca?

to je trening koji odrzava visok nivo rada srca u odredjenom vremenskom periodu,plivanje,trcanje,voznja bicikla preskakanje uzeta itd

al to mogu biti i drugacije aktivnosti. npr. burpees? meni cak i jumpo squat jaaako dignu otkucaje srce,ne mogu disati normalno. poanta je da je da vremenski period duži od npr. 5min?

ja kad radim hiit onda napravim sprint koji traje nekih 30ak sekundi,onda minuta odmora,a sprint,pa dvije odmora pa sve ispocetka,znaci onaj moj prvi post gore,svaki trening koji odrzava visok nivo rada srca u odredjenom vremenskom periodu,na kraju ne mozes nesto nazvati treningom koji je ispod 5 minuta :)

Kardio aktivnost podrazumjeva aktivnost koja ne prelazi anaerobni prag. Dakle ne radi se o aktivnostima visokog intenziteta

kao sto mu i ime kaze,kardio je dobar za jacanje srca i pluca,sagorijevanje masnoca,smanjenje kolesterola,ubrzavanje metabolizma,ojacat imunitet,smanjit stres,poboljsava protok krvi,povecavaju koncentraciju i prokrvljenost mozga i jos sam siguran da sam puno toga zaboravio nabrojat
