aa ipak na tjelesni  Neka, neka, bolje i tako nego da plati pa da se samo dolazi zapisat, ne isplati se...smiješni su mi ovi koji placaju svaki mjesec da bi dobili tu potvrdu, a ne odrade ni jedan jedini trening

nezdravo? ma joj joj  teško da ce ga tim svježim sirom zamijenit :))

Whey, dextro, multivit, omega i cao.. eventualno kreatin i bcaa i to je to.

 Da, kad ce se više to znojenje prestat povezivat s gubljenjem masti....ja se stalno natjeravam s ljudima u teretani oko toga... ali klinac,  i dalje moj super moco i ja brišemo lokve oko bicikala i traka za trcanje

Pa mislim da mi l-carnitin malo pomogne kod izdrzljivosti.. ma znojenjem samo gubim minerale..
