30 g dekstroze, to ti je otprilike 2 i pol jušne žlice dekstroze

Avangarde tako je trebam smrsavit i definirat tijelo, znaci 30g proteina i 30 dekstroze . Hvala :)

u fazi mrsavljenja uzmi si kanzein spori protein,, koristi ga umjesto vecere i ujutro
